Hvac Technician (M/F)

Ensure the comfort and well-being of our guests and employees by keeping our air conditioning systems in perfect working order.
Your responsibilities may include:

Installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems;
Diagnosis and resolution of malfunctions in HVAC equipment, such as splits, chillers, AHUs, and boilers;
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring the proper functioning and energy efficiency of the systems;
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and installation diagrams.

For this position, it is desirable to have:

Minimum educational qualification at the 9th-grade level or equivalent in the HVAC field;
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar roles;
Solid knowledge of installations with splits, chillers, AHUs, and boilers;
Experience in troubleshooting;
Fluorinated Gases Certification (preferred);
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
Driver's license;
Ease of interpersonal communication and teamwork;
Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and problem-solving skills;
Immediate availability.
