Master's degree in finance or HR business control Fluent in English (written and verbal) At least 3 years of experience Process driven and always seeking for continuous improvement. Strong analytics skills Advanced excel Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to communicate to management and collaborators with synthesis and efficiency. Que funções irão desempenhar Reporting and monitoring of training and performance management indicators/KPIs: Reporting, Dashboard and other activies linked to Training performance monitoring Analyzing the performance indicators – linked to training and human ressources department Analysis of extractions from HR Training platform Conduct numerous analyses asked by HR Global Direction Drawing up graphs and ppt presentations for the Global HR department Working closely with the HR team: Ensure the reliability of data prior to result production.
