Mission Ensure the processes related to Human Resources, namely Attraction and selection, development and retention of people through integrated and transversal remuneration and benefits policies in the Group, to support the achievement of the objectives and strategy defined for the business, and acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values.
Job Responsibilities Payroll / Administrative Management:
Issuing notices and invoices to clients, as well as clarification of the same
Ensure the validity and provision of reliable information related to attendance and attendance indicators in system, contributing to management and decision making processes
Analyze and control the daily note of employees, promotions, framing and internal moves
Prepare appropriate routine documentation for the recruitment and integration process of new employees
Dynamise and actively participate in talent management initiatives
Ensure contractual management in compliance with the legal procedures and standards in force at all stages of the Casais employee life cycle
Ensure and promote compliance with the Group's good practices and internal directives on people management issues
Ensure compliance with the procedures of the complementary employee support processes regarding, occupational health, travel, accommodation, legalisation (expatriates and immigrants), clarification
Compensation and Benefits:
Set fair, equitable and competitive compensation policies and a benefits package that fits and is aligned with the Group's strategy and business objectives
Analyze and control the daily appointment of employees, promotions, grading and internal moves
Consolidate and prepare the collection slips for the social charges of the company and employees, as well as consolidated statistical reports of human resource costs in the Group
Elaborate the payment of benefits granted to employees, analysing special requests from the different areas of the company, adjustments in terms and benefits, etc.
Training:
Perform logistical tasks for the execution of planned training events, namely, physical space available, meal, materials, etc
Perform communication with participants and other stakeholders involved in the training
Follow trends in the development and training sector, drafting proposals for innovation for the immediate superior
Development:
Prepare, collect and analyse Performance Management data
Guide and promote employee development and internal career plans
Streamline, promote and monitor the Organisational Merit and Recognition Programme within the Group
Recruitment and Selection:
Issue documentation and records required for hiring or mobilisation of employees
Organize, plan and conduct assessment interviews, and where necessary apply psychometric and practical tests, approved by the client and issue respective process reports
Identify sources and define the recruitment stages by function and respective test batteries
Act together with internal clients to define candidate profiles and requirements
Conditions of Employment Professional Experience (in years): 3 to 5 years
Management Professional Experience (in years): Not required previous experience
