Do you value challenges, learning and continuous improvement?We have a career opportunity for you.#AreYouReadyToBuildMission Ensure the processes related to Human Resources, namely Attraction and selection, development and retention of people through integrated and transversal remuneration and benefits policies in the Group, to support the achievement of the objectives and strategy defined for the business, and acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values.Job ResponsibilitiesPayroll / Administrative Management:Issuing notices and invoices to clients, as well as clarification of the sameEnsure the validity and provision of reliable information related to attendance and attendance indicators in system, contributing to management and decision making processesAnalyze and control the daily note of employees, promotions, framing and internal movesPrepare appropriate routine documentation for the recruitment and integration process of new employeesDynamise and actively participate in talent management initiativesEnsure contractual management in compliance with the legal procedures and standards in force at all stages of the Casais employee life cycleEnsure and promote compliance with the Group's good practices and internal directives on people management issuesEnsure compliance with the procedures of the complementary employee support processes regarding, occupational health, travel, accommodation, legalisation (expatriates and immigrants), clarificationCompensation and Benefits:Set fair, equitable and competitive compensation policies and a benefits package that fits and is aligned with the Group's strategy and business objectivesAnalyze and control the daily appointment of employees, promotions, grading and internal movesConsolidate and prepare the collection slips for the social charges of the company and employees, as well as consolidated statistical reports of human resource costs in the GroupElaborate the payment of benefits granted to employees, analysing special requests from the different areas of the company, adjustments in terms and benefits, etc
