Position Purpose:
The Human Resources Technician will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role supports the company's mission by ensuring that Cars2click attracts, retains, and develops top talent to drive success in the cross-border used car sales industry powered by AI technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Coordinate and lead onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of new employees into the company.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, providing guidance and resolving issues.
Foster a positive work environment by developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
Address and mediate employee conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
Performance Management:
Support the implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
Work with managers to identify employee training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Assist in the management of employee recognition and reward programs to enhance motivation and retention.
Compliance and Policy Management:
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations in all countries where the company operates.
Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and legal standards.
HR Reporting and Analysis:
Collect and analyze HR data, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment metrics, to inform decision-making.
Prepare regular reports for the CEO on key HR activities and initiatives.
Skills and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with HR software and systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and legal requirements.
Fluent in English, other languages are advantageous.
