We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team at one of our most prestigious clients in Oeiras, Lisbon. In this role, you will play a key role in managing HR operations, providing support to employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This role requires a versatile professional who can handle a variety of HR tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their queries and concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and new hire onboarding.
Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, including performance reviews and feedback processes.
Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and workshops to support employee development and continuous learning.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Prepare and maintain HR metrics and reports.
Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs and provide support during the annual benefits enrollment process.
HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Strong skills in creating and delivering presentations using PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
