What you will be doing:
Developing and maintaining HR knowledge in relevant local regulations and Company principles, processes, tools and best practices
Supporting FedEx managers in talent recruitment and selection
Supporting implementation and ongoing compliance with HR policies and procedures
Supporting an effective working environment acting as a mediator and advisor in cases of individual and collective employer disputes
Identifying issues or opportunities and developing recommendations for HR Management
Participating in the development of HR Systems that support effective information management and decision making
Supporting HR and Business initiatives driving change and transformation
What do you bring with you:
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (preferred) in human resource management
Broad knowledge and experience in employee/labour relations
Solid experience in HR Processes, preferably within a large fast-paced organization
Exceptional influencing skills and ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels
Good judgement and decision-making skills
Excellent communications skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise a busy workload
Minimum of 3 years work experience in related areas
Knowledge and understanding of Portuguese laws and regulations related to HR process
In-depth knowledge of HRIS technology and best practices (preferred Workday, Ticketing System)
