Descrição In close cooperation with Regional HR Director and Global Human Resources Department adopting the group-wide HR Strategy into local HR Strategies plans / activities;Contributes to the definition of the HR strategy and tactics;Ensure the execution of defined strategy and the implementation of adequate tactics within HR;Work with local management to identify and plan for HR requirements to meet short-term and long-term business needs;Ensure the HR aspects of decisions made by the management are advanced and discussed;Align HR objectives to the strategic business objectives of European, South Region and country businesses;Support local management in all legal matters concerning labor law;Ensures that Company compensation system is aligned with the Group's compensation objectives and compensation structure and local market industry agreements. Supports managers in pay decisions. Manages the annual salary review process;Ensures the ongoing maintenance and development of accurate and efficient payroll systems and procedures;Establishes training policies and procedures in alignment with the Group HR and implement the Annual Training plan defined according to business needs of the country;Supports manager in decisions with regards to disciplinary actions, promotions, transfers and lay-offs;Ensures recruiting of high quality employees. Develops and improves a standard recruitment and selection procedure for the Organization;Ensure that a people planning approach has been set up and reviewed regularly. Individual development plans for all selected potential succession candidates have to be developed;Implement the Appraisal System in a professional way and take action plans to improve and train all managers about this program;Develop and implement HR marketing activities to overcome bottleneck of high qualified staff;Conducts regular employee surveys in coordination with HR Group and Regional HR and take employee survey results into local corrective action plans.Perfil ideal Laws, economics degree or Business degree specialized in Human Resources;Minimum 7 years HR experience, and at least 3 of them as HR business partner;Experience in multinational companies and participation in international projects;High degree of personal relationships to achieve cooperation and commitment from different external and internal parties, especially with colleagues without having hierarchical influence over them and, of course, over all the employees;Proactive and positive approach;Very good team building and leadership capabilities;Very good and flexible communication and presentation skills to be able to transfer the culture to different levels in the organization;High customer orientation;Dynamic and ready to work in different situations and environments having good results;Problem solving and continuous improvement;Very flexible, treating each situation in the needed way;High level of English spoken and written;Good command of Microsoft office, HR Tools and Systems;Open and friendly style.Vantagens Career Opportunity in a Multinational Company.
