Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract the best talent in the hospitality and construction sectors.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations and addressing workplace issues with a focus on employee well-being.
Performance Management: Develop and implement effective performance management systems to ensure continuous improvement and growth within the team.
Learning & Development: Oversee employee development programs, driving career growth, skills enhancement, and leadership development.
HR Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent retention.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and industry standards.
Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation, benefits, and reward programs to attract and retain top talent.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
Experience with HR software and systems for effective people management.
Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
