As we grow, we are seeking a motivated HR Manager to lead our human resources operations and ensure a positive, high-performing work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for employees on HR matters and foster a healthy work environment.
HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and company values.
Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, compensation packages, and employee benefits, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
HR Strategy & Culture Building: Support leadership in creating a strong organizational culture, improving employee engagement, and retaining top talent.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in human resources.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR technology/tools.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic and growing company, with experience in start-ups or fast-growing companies being a bonus.
