Human Resources Generalist - Lisbon, PortugalWe are looking for a talented and accomplished Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
As a HR Generalist, your daily responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and control of disciplinary proceedings, outsourced proceedings (external law firms) and the collection of information and respective documentationRegistration and validation of operational indicators for reporting purposesMediation and resolution of conflicts, both with employees and with external and/or official entitiesPreparation and conduction of disciplinary procedures, their revision and definition of their needsManagement of response times and plans for disciplinary proceduresSupport/clarification to internal support teams, external entities, auditors and all the stakeholders involvedCommunication to all stakeholders involvedTo succeed in the role, you will need to have:
Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and writtenExcellent listening and written/oral communication skillsGood knowledge of labor lawA motivated and enthusiastic personalitySelf-organized, planning and prioritization skillsPatience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stressAbility to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situationsTechnical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quicklyAble to follow guidelines and instructionsAbility to keep calm and clear-headed in critical situationsFacilitator and influencing skillsPeople orientedAn element of gravitasExperience with policy workEarly adopter of technologyDependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimum supervisionAbility to interact positively with staff at all levelsMust hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for PortugalAvailability to work from Lisbon office, 3 times a week at the office 2 at home in general (in high volume seasons can be requested to be fully onsite)Education and experience:
