The Head of HR/ Seagoing Personnel reports directly to the CEO and indirectly to the members of the Administration. Main Responsibilities: Create a Strategic HR Planning; Develop recruitment strategies and processes for all company; Develop Crew Administration Processes and Systems; Develop and implement HR policies and procedures; Team Management; Create HR Reports and Analytics; HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Management; Performance Management and Development; Implement training programs; MinimumRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience); Proven experience in crew administration, crewing operations, or a similar role within the maritime industry. Familiarity with crew administration processes, documentation, and industry-specific requirements is advantageous. In-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations, labor laws, and industry standards related to crew management and employment. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining crew records and documentation. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience working with database systems. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
