Ideal Candidate Profile:Previous experience of 2-5 years in the role, preferably in the hotel sector.Fluency in English (written and spoken).Qualifications in the field (degree or professional course in HR management).Knowledge of Portuguese labour legislation.Responsibilities:Ensuring effective labour relations and a positive working environment in line with the company culture.Technical and administrative HR management, including salary processing and benefits management.Coordinating internal communication between departments and promoting a culture of collaboration.Planning and coordinating training and development programmes for teams.Recruiting new employees, including screening candidates and taking part in interviews.Implementing employee recognition programmes and well-being initiatives.Conflict management and resolving HR-related problems.Do you think you'd be an asset to the team?
