We pride ourselves on our family culture, our inclusive working environment and our opportunities for professional development and growth.Our Human Resources department focuses on the well-being of our teams and we are proud to have a flexible and solution-orientated team, exceptional communicators who guided by their ethics and principles support and make the best decisions for our people.Ideal Candidate Profile:Previous experience of 2-5 years in the role, preferably in the hotel sector.Fluency in English (written and spoken).Qualifications in the field (degree or professional course in HR management).Knowledge of Portuguese labour legislation.Responsibilities:Ensuring effective labour relations and a positive working environment in line with the company culture.Technical and administrative HR management, including salary processing and benefits management.Coordinating internal communication between departments and promoting a culture of collaboration.Planning and coordinating training and development programmes for teams.Recruiting new employees, including screening candidates and taking part in interviews.Implementing employee recognition programmes and well-being initiatives.Conflict management and resolving HR-related problems.Do you think you'd be an asset to the team?
