Location Vialonga Your responsibilities Contribute to the preparation of OpCos 3-year People Plan; Plan, coordinate and monitor the implementation of Functional People Plan, in line with the companys strategic objectives and policies; Identify training needs and assist in the development of training programmes in the areas of support; Lead succession planning efforts to ensure that key roles are filled with qualified candidates; Develop strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers and employees; Support the leadership team and all employees with HR analyses and knowledge; Align HR initiatives with the specific needs and objectives of the various stakeholders; Partner with stakeholders to design, challenge and develop action plans to respond to the strategic needs of the business areas, providing HR expertise; Provide guidance and advice to senior management on HR matters; Identifying and responding to the capability needs (knowledge, skills and behaviour) of target groups in coordination with POD (People Organisation Development); Liaise with COEs (centres of expertise) to attract, develop and retain the best talent to meet the organisations needs; Overseeing performance management processes to ensure they are effective and aligned with business objectives; Drive the PM Cycle and ensure a high quality performance management process in line with global standards and guidelines, challenging and supporting Line Managers and Employees; Translate the strategy into the desired culture and behaviours, adjusting it to HR priorities and policies; Drive the performance management cycle and ensure a high quality performance management process in line with global standards and guidelines, challenging and supporting line managers and employees; Lead the TRM (Talent Review Meetings), ensuring that the sessions contribute to a fair evaluation of performance and to the calibration, process, collection and sharing of feedback, also contributing to improving the level of objective setting, evaluation and feedback; Providing relevant business indicators and analyses (headcount, absenteeism, turnover, costs, ...) for strategic and effective management, in line with the companys objectives and policies; Collaborating in the development and implementation of change management strategies to support the companys transformation; Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations. Requirements Bachelors and/or Masters degree in human resources, management or related field; Minimum of 3 years proven experience as an HR Business Partner and/or 1 - 3 years proven experience in a Human Resources function; Preferably experience in industry or the FMCG sector; Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws and regulations; Excellent internal and customer communication skills; Portuguese (fluent) and English (minimum B2); Conditions Attractive terms and conditions and meal allowance (9.60); Appealing benefits Health insurance, pension plan and annual bonus; 2 days of remote work per weerk; Career progression plan.
