Human Resources Business Partner

Job Description? Define the mid-and long-term local people strategy to support business objectives andambitions.? Communicate on CHC values to foster CHC mindset &; culture.? Contribute to business reviews and budget planning.? Communicate on and implement CHC P&C global/regional initiatives.? Act as the single point of contact for local Business Managers to drivetalent and transversal topics.? Coordinate for annual Talent reviews nationwide and monitorcompletion across functions.? Monitor compliance of Talent review process with global frameworksand standards? Manage high performers & underperformers.? Coordinate annual Succession planning reviews nationwide andmonitor completion across functions.? Manage local Talent pipeline (incl. critical positions) and anticipate? Deploy global training programs at national level.? Collect local Learning needs and manage local trainingsprograms/courses with vendors.? Implement initiate activities for fostering team engagement.? Manage relations with labour union / work council representatives.? Manage the complete employee life cycle (H2R)? Monitor compliance of processes with local regulations? Coordinate resolution of compliance issues with local complianceteams? Monitor compliance with global & local health & safety regulations /practices.? Deploy global Employer Branding initiatives and actions.? Deploy global/regional D&I communication and initiatives.? Monitor KPIs and provide KPI insights periodically with global/regional/ local stakeholders.Qualification & Skills:Human resourcesShift Availability- Flexible schedule (4-5 hours a day)? Someone who has worked in a corporate environment and has worked in a similarrole will be preferred.? Should showcase professional behaviors; upholds company policies and guidelines.?
