Job Description ? Define the mid-and long-term local people strategy to support business objectives and
ambitions.
? Communicate on CHC values to foster CHC mindset &; culture.
? Contribute to business reviews and budget planning.
? Communicate on and implement CHC P&C global/regional initiatives.
? Act as the single point of contact for local Business Managers to drive
talent and transversal topics.
? Coordinate for annual Talent reviews nationwide and monitor
completion across functions.
? Monitor compliance of Talent review process with global frameworks
and standards
? Manage high performers & underperformers.
? Coordinate annual Succession planning reviews nationwide and
monitor completion across functions.
? Manage local Talent pipeline (incl. critical positions) and anticipate
? Deploy global training programs at national level.
? Collect local Learning needs and manage local trainings
programs/courses with vendors.
? Implement initiate activities for fostering team engagement.
? Manage relations with labour union / work council representatives.
? Manage the complete employee life cycle (H2R)
? Monitor compliance of processes with local regulations
? Coordinate resolution of compliance issues with local compliance
teams
? Monitor compliance with global & local health & safety regulations /
practices.
? Deploy global Employer Branding initiatives and actions.
? Deploy global/regional D&I communication and initiatives.
? Monitor KPIs and provide KPI insights periodically with global/
regional/ local stakeholders.
Qualification & Skills: Human resourcesShift Availability- Flexible schedule (4-5 hours a day) ? Someone who has worked in a corporate environment and has worked in a similar
role will be preferred.
