.Let's take a look at the profile we are looking for:Ambitious people with a passion for this area; Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management or similar areas; 2 to 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or similar role; A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations; A resilient, confident, reliable and creative profile that never gives up and enjoys challenges; Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English); Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines; Sense of responsibility,commitment and integrity; Focus on innovation, dynamism, autonomy and teamwork.Main responsibilities: Act as a connecting element between different stakeholders, such as employees, managers and management, representing the mission, values and mindset of the company; Promote alignment between the organization's strategy and its employees; Monitoring employees throughout their journey in the company; Fully ensure the execution, validation and subsequent treatment of core processes of the HR department such as onboarding, trial periods, r enewals, i ntegration and monitoring meetings, p erformance evaluation and check-outs by demonstrating full control over these processes; Participate in the employee retention process, defending the company as well as our employee's progression; Define career plans and professional/personal development of employees, based on business strategy and mindset; Know the training needs of employees and promote their resolution; Participate in the organization of events within the teams, such as team lunches and team buildings; Develop HR Reports in various matters, supporting the different projects of the department; Ensure proximity to the management layers and their direction of Business Units/Departments, in order to anticipate and/or resolve issues related to their various elements; Facilitate and supportthe line of communication between employees and their management as well as with cross-sectional departments; Support and guide the junior elements in all tasks under their responsibility in the department; Act as a problem-solver, promoting an adequate, fast and agile resolution of the themes; Ensure and foster goodteam spirit, mutual help, good communication and a close relationship with all stakeholders, where applicable; Act with total exemplarity with regard to the values and culture of the company, promoting and disseminating the same mindset with all those with whom it relates
