We are recruiting an exceptional Human Resources Associate (f/m/d) fluent in English and Portuguese to join our client's operation in Lisbon. What is going to be your mission?
Providing excellent support to staff in accordance with Service Level Agreements on the initiation of HR transactions in Workday;
Being able to troubleshoot in more complex system inquiries and identify solutions;
Providing support to staff and managers on how to access and use Global HR self-service tools, Reward and Recognition systems, and policies;
Representing HR Connect in the designated countries to all staff. Providing, based on needs and requirements, training, presentations to staff/manager and HR;
Answering HR local policy questions to staff for designated countries;
Running reports out of HR systems, create new reports;
Being a Subject Matter Expert on designated HR tools, programs and systems;
Developing, managing and maintaining the knowledge database;
Suggesting improvementson policies and procedures between service centre sites and HR teams;
Representing HR Connect in HR (global, regional, local) Projects and system &
process improvements linked to Workday, BRAVO!, MAP (performance cycle) etc;
Building relationships with HR teams and other key stake holders, collaborating and sharing best practices.
What do you need to have?
Bachelor's or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent;
Overall minimum of 2 years professional work experience within a commercial service delivery/customer service environment;
Fluent in 2 or more language(s) at least English;
Experience in HRSystems and processes :
Workday and ServiceNow;
Multinational company experience in a service center environment;
Well-developed computer skills in the Microsoft Office 365 environment (preferably excels in excel);
Availability fora temporary project expected to run until March 2025.
