Human Resources Analyst (m/f/d) - Alcanena Responsibilities:
Reporting to the international HR, you will be responsible for:
Reporting, dashboard and other activities linked to training performance monitoring;
Analyzing the performance indicators – linked to training;
Analysis of extractions from HR Training platform;
Conduct numerous analyses asked by HR Global Direction;
Drawing up graphs and ppt presentations for the Global HR department;
Working closely with the HR team;
Ensure the reliability of data prior to result production and contribution and work toward process simplification.
What do you need to succeed:
Degree in psychology, Administration, Pedagogy, Human Resources, or related areas, with specialization or certification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or related areas being a plus;
Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and verbal);
3 years of experience;
Process driven and always seeking continuous improvement;
Advanced Excel skills;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
The ability to communicate with management and collaborators with synthesis and efficiency.
What the company can offer you:
Temporary contract with Hays, with the possibility to integrate the headcount of our client - SSC. We offer a base salary around 1600,00 gross/month (according to the experience) and a meal allowance.
Work: 3 days at the office and 2 days working from home.
