This role is ideal for candidates looking to advance their skills and experience, and combine their passion for Healthcare and HR, whilst creating better for our healthcare providers and patients, and advancing their career in the MedTech field.About the Role:In this role, you'll be part of growing cross-functional HR team, immersing yourself in the fast-paced world of medical technology and healthcare. You will be responsible for a variety of HR administration tasks including recruitment, on-boarding and managing HR related documents through the employee life-cycle and accuracy of data held within Workday. You will act as the first port of call to employees and external parties for all HR administrative related queries.Responsibilities:First point of contact for all employee HR related queries and correspondence.Recruitment: Writing advertisements and placing them on job boards; contacting & screening candidates, monitoring applications. Employee on-boarding and life-cycle administrative processes including contracts, references and right to work checks, promotions, or other changes.Organizing the induction of a new employee in collaboration with the hiring manager and conduct induction meetings with new hires and ensuring the probationary review process is completed accordingly.Payroll & Benefit administration.Accurate HR system data entry (Workday), with maintenance of electronic employee files, monitoring data quality/accuracy and compliance.Monitoring holidays, probationary periods, sickness/absence, time attendance.Supporting regular internal reporting, running reports to the wider business. Creating dashboards for workforce management; management of working hours for distribution (permanent & contingent worker).Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Responsible for off-boarding processes with leavers and completion of reference requests.Ad hoc project work focused on improving HR processes, procedures, and systems.Additional tasks may be required from time-to-time that fall within the scope of the individual's skills and experience.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred, but not essential.Minimum 2 years of HR experience (HR operations, Recruitment & Payroll).Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.Knowledge of an HRIS system.Fluent in verbal and written English and another second European language. International Experience an advantage.Strong advocate of Enovis values and behaviors.Ability to clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.Organized, efficient and excellent time management skills.Focus on delivering results and continuous improvement.
