HRIS Talent & People Experience Product Specialist - Lisbon
Capgemini Portugal is currently looking for a HRIS Talent & People Experience Product Specialist to join one of the world's most prestigious and innovative companies in the luxury industry.

To leverage Lisbon's tech spirit and infuse it into its brand-new Tech Competence Centre, our Client is looking to reinforce its technical capabilities on state-of-the-art technology and respond to the growth of their business.
Responsibilities
Business Consulting:
Support/lead high-level investigations on functional and technical requirements and feasibility studies, advise on practical alternatives.
Organize and lead working groups to specify the business requirements.
Coordinate the configuration of functionalities with the vendors, based on user requirements.
Document processes in a consistent and simple way.
Contribute to the development of business test scenarios.
Perform tests to ensure adequate functional coverage.
Support and train users as needed.
HR Digital Transformation:
Support the Team leader in the Designs and deployment for the stream of Talent and Performance in the scope of the HR Digital Transformation (transitioning to Workday).
Provide technical expertise on Performance Management, Talent Marketplace, Opportunities Hub, and Talent Management.
Participate in the deployment of Global components.
Support and manage the deployment of Visier for Performance and Talent.
Comply with guidelines on Documentation, Change Management, and Audit processes.
Report to Management and evaluate potential support, project risks, and priorities.
Support:
Ongoing troubleshooting, user support, system maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure systems support (incident management, change management, etc.).
Manage the system release, coordinate validation activities with the development and execution of testing.
Assist users while appropriating solutions, if and whenever required.
Skills & Experience
More than 8 years of professional experience in HRIS administration, configuration, and support.
Proven track record of successful HRIS implementations.
Experience with tools such as: SAP HCM, Workday, and Visier.
Experience in developing test scenarios and documentation.
Knowledge of HR processes and practices, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and learning and development.
Relevant certifications/training in Workday, SAP HCM, or Visier are a plus.
Proficiency in English is mandatory, French is an advantage.
