We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS generalist based in Porto, Portugal, with expertise in Oracle HRIS. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for our Oracle HRIS system, and serving as the primary point of contact for data extraction, reporting requests. Fluency in English is essential, as you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization.Responsibilities:Provide expert-level support and administration for Oracle HRIS, including system configuration, user management, and troubleshooting.Serve as the primary contact for data extraction and reporting requests, utilizing Oracle reporting tools to generate custom reports and analytics.Collaborate closely with HR and IT teams to implement system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.Conduct user training sessions and develop documentation to support Oracle HRIS end-users.Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Oracle HRIS databases, implementing best practices for data management and security.Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.Additional Responsibilities:Manage and fulfill ad-hoc and scheduled data extraction requests from Oracle HRIS databases.Develop and maintain a library of standard reports and dashboards using Oracle reporting tools.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable queries and reports.Optimize data extraction processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.2+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HRIS administration and support, with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite HR.Advanced proficiency in SQL and Oracle reporting tools (e.G., Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle OTBI).Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement solutions.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.Please submit your CV /resume in english#J-18808-Ljbffr
