Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.We are looking for an HRIS officer to work in a project in Porto (hybrid).Profile:Significant experience in one or several HR fields such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Social Laws, HRIS; Great communicator, flexible, team player, cultural awareness, and strong relationship-building skills; Successful track record in drawing up plans, projects, and policies and managing these convincingly; Integrity, confidentiality and rigor in applying and explaining rules.Responsibilities:Design and Implement the state-of-the-art processes and policies in its HR specialty to improve employee, manager, candidate and HR experience; Provide support to localHR team to propose the most relevant and pragmatic HR solutions; Ensure all local HR policies comply with relevant legislation and are correctly implemented within the organization; Develop and maintain a strong network with all relevant internal and external stakeholders; Suggest opportunities for improvements, efficiencies and new potential projects and participate in or lead (inter)national projects.We offer:Integration in a dynamic, experienced and friendly team; Technical, behavioral and linguistics training opportunities; Career development.If this project fits your career expectations, submit your application through our website.Localização:Porto, Portugal#J-18808-Ljbffr
