Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities. We are looking for an HRIS officer to work in a project in Porto (hybrid). Profile: Significant experience in one or several HR fields such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Social Laws, HRIS; Great communicator, flexible, team player, cultural awareness, and strong relationship-building skills; Successful track recordin drawing up plans, projects, and policies and managing these convincingly; Integrity, confidentiality and rigor in applying and explaining rules. Responsibilities: Design and Implement the state-of-the-art processes and policies in its HR specialty to improve employee, manager, candidate and HR experience; Provide support to local HR team to propose the most relevant and pragmatic HR solutions; Ensure all local HR policies comply with relevant legislation and are correctly implemented within the organization; Develop and maintain a strong network with all relevant internal and external stakeholders; Suggest opportunities for improvements, efficiencies and new potential projects and participate in or lead (inter)national projects.
