Hris Business & Support Analyst – Learn Workday

Keylime Consultants are recruiting on behalf of a global and growing Workday Client with offices in Porto, and we're looking for a HRIS Analyst to support new Workday deployments and improvement projects across multiple countries.

This is a permanent role, paying up to around €40,000, plus Bonus and a competitive benefits package.

This is a blend of project work and Business As Usual support responsibilities, playing a crucial role in all Workday-related activities. As a HRIS Analyst, you will join a very friendly and informal team and will support the HR and HRIS teams with new Workday deployments and improvement projects across multiple Workday modules. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, managing global end-to-end Workday assignments, with significant opportunities for career progression.

You will act as the main point of contact for Workday across the HR community, providing user support and training, managing tickets and troubleshooting issues, with assistance from Workday Consultants. You will collect and analyse business requirements, translating them into Workday solutions and ensuring smooth HR transactions in the system.

HRIS Business & Support Analyst – Requirements:

Previous professional experience in a similar role, ideally within an international environment

Solid knowledge of Workday. Candidates with experience of other HRIS and willing to learn Workday are welcome to apply!

Valuable knowledge and experience in data control and quality

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Client-oriented mindset, curiosity, autonomy, and eagerness to learn

Fluency in English is required

Based in Porto or able to commute weekly
