What You'll Do
Join us in the Projects & Governance team within the Global HRIS organization. Here you will be taking responsibility for the end-to-end project management and rollout of your own projects. Doing so, you become part of our vibrant culture that emphasizes collaboration, professionalism, and timely project delivery.
More specifically, your key tasks include:
You will manage selected projects including their risks and deadlines.
You will work to gather business requirements that are later to be implemented in SAP SuccessFactors in collaboration with the rest of HR and other business stakeholders.
Your projects will implement new functionality by either improving existing processes or perhaps introducing system support for new processes altogether by utilizing HR technology.
You will be managing the full end-to-end implementation, test phases as well as any training as required.
From a systems perspective you will mainly be focusing on SAP SuccessFactors.
In projects, you will typically work with our Local HR teams and our Global IT organization as the main stakeholders. External vendors might sometimes be important parts of your projects as well.

Education And Experience
Bachelor's Degree in business, human resource management, information systems, or a related field is required.
Familiarity with HR concepts and systems, with at least two years of experience in HR-related systems administration, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
Advanced skills in MS Excel are essential, along with proficiency in English (spoken & written).
