And so, your career!In the meantime, check the opportunity below:The HR Systems Administrator is part of Group HRIS team, which is responsible for Group HRIS Strategy, as well as the deployment, development, and maintenance of Sodexo's group HR systems (transactional and data).This position will be responsible for design, configuration, support, data management, deployment and ongoing maintenance of these systems and related processes.What will you do?Development and Implementation:Working with the business to understand requirementsDeveloping solutions to business needsImplement both technical solutions and accompanying processes.Provide training and manage change processes.Ensure employee-focused design for a consistent end-user experience.Active Systems Roadmap Development:Play an active role in crafting the systems roadmap.Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and data security policies.Drive continuous improvement in deliveries and team working methods.Facilitate communication with business stakeholders.Act as the interface between the business and providers for troubleshooting technical issues.Global System Configuration Management:Oversee global system configuration, including security/access management.Manage release processes for new functionalities.Design and configure workflows.Maintain data models and reference data.Handle reporting and integrations.User Support:Support the business in addressing technical questions.Upskill and train the global community of system administrators.Collaborate with local/regional counterparts and/or data stewards for group definition communication.Manage support platforms for end-users and system administrators.Management of Data Quality and Consistency:Ensure that system data is fit for purpose.Maintain consistency of data between HR systems.What you'll need to succeed:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceAt least two years of SuccessFactors administrator experience, including expertise in Employee Central, Performance, Talent, Compensation, and Learning.Ambitious, proactive, positive attitude, with a continuous desire to learn.Team player with the ability to work autonomously.Excellent listening skills and an open-minded approach towards other cultures and people.Rigorous and methodical in approach.What we have to offer you:Health & Life Insurance;Attractive Meal allowance paid in Meal Card;Additional Days off: extra vacation day, employee's birthday, volunteering day;More than 6000 free online courses;Opportunity to grow professionally inside the Company;Possibility to participate in multicultural projects;Several internal activities aiming to promote our team's wellbeing.We are waiting for you!Send us your CV to our email ****** with the title of the role on the subject and check all the opportunities on our career website (https://www.sodexo.com/en/contact-us/sbs-porto/porto-jobs)Find out more about Sodexo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XX7PoE9kazUSodexo is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
