Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European entities. In the space of 4 years, it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda. The geographical scope was extended to include, besides the European affiliates also entities located in Africa, Middle-East and India, and the operational scope was extended and includes today not just Finance, but also Human Resources.

Mission statement: Maintain and contribute to develop the digital solutions of the Group HR information system to continuously improve the efficiency of the HR Function while ensuring world class user experience.
Note: This position is open for 3 locations: Lisboa, Tomar and Guarda
1. Continuous Improvement
Partner with the BSC team and deliver new configurations related to Core HCM, Compensation, advanced Compensation.
Propose system enhancements to HRDS Manager to automate the HR processes.
Serve as a strong partner to business users, key users and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery.
Gathering and understanding Customer's Business Requirements and demonstrating core Workday concepts.
Translating Customer requirements into configured solutions and ensuring detailed testing of the Workday solution.
Recommended and delivered high-quality solutions, providing clarity and direction aligned with Workday and global HRDS configuration options.
Managed the design, build, and testing of Workday Change request across multiple functional areas (HCM, Compensation, Adv compensation).
Document and shared knowledge to stakeholders on various features available on myHR.
Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials and job aids, in addition to leading training efforts.
Ensure up to date documentation of system functions, processes, and capabilities.
Perform special projects and manage as assigned.
Contribute to the selection by Group HRDS CoE of changes to activate/not opt-in from Workday releases.
Contribute to the evolution of the whole HRIS (automation, chatbot, SNOW, new HR modules...) lead by Group HRDS CoE.
2. System maintenance
Perform daily/monthly/annual my HR configurations related to Core HCM, Core Compensation, and Advance Compensation.
Create and maintain organizations in Workday.
Monitor my HR interfaces with other local systems and liaise with IT teams for issues solving and new developments.
Work closely with HRDS Manager, and AMS support team to ensure availability of reports and dashboards for business requirements.
Implement Workday bi-annual releases as per global guidelines and do the non-regression tests.
Supported troubleshooting issues post-go-live and escalated the same in case of un-fixes ensuring strict adherence to time frames.
3. System administration
Ensure that hub admin tasks are systematically performed in due time (access management, audits, configuration tool, massive uploads…) and within hub scope boundaries.
Create new business process notifications.
Investigate Business Process errors and restart them.
Reassign, unassigned business process.
4. Support to HRBP Users
Ensure quick solving of issues submitted by the BSC.
Monitor most frequent defects analysis and validate the remediation actions proposed by CoE members.
Ensure smooth deployment of my HR in new and consolidated entities.
Proactively advise the dashboards and reports to HRBP users to enhance the system adoption.
Support HRDS manager in delivery of local training and knowledge base.
5. Governance & Accountability
Create and maintain close partnership with the BSC, HRBP and ensure the BSC, HRBP teams get good advice and support from HRDS teams in system use.
Support HRDS Manager in issue resolution with SLA.
Are you a MATCH?
Work Experience:
Minimum 5 + years experience of HRDS management.
Prior Workday experience is preferred.
Core Skills:
In depth knowledge of at least the HCM module of Workday.
Project Management.
Good to have Workday business process experience.
