Adecco Recruitment is looking for a  Human Resources Business Partner ( M/F ) to join a company in the  transformation sector .
Location Samora Correia.
Your responsibilities Collaborate with leadership to identify and meet strategic HR needs; Develop and implement organizational and talent development initiatives; Analyze HR metrics and provide data-based recommendations; Support change management and promote the desired organizational culture; Managing employee recruitment, retention and development processes; Act as a mediator in conflict situations and provide advice on labor issues; Ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor legislation; Requirements Bachelors and/or Masters degree in human resources, management or related field; Minimum of 2 years proven experience as an HR Business Partner; Preferably experience in industry; Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws and regulations; Excellent internal and customer communication skills; Portuguese and English (fluent); Conditions Attractive terms and conditions and meal allowance; Appealing benefits Health insurance; 1 day of remote work per weerk; Career progression plan.
