Reporting directly to the HRBP Iberia, your main mission is the coordination of the entire HR department and assisting Management in the implementation of all processes and policies of the department.Role sits in the HR team supporting the business, working closely with the rest of the HR Department team members. You need to be resilient yet flexible, commercial yet empathetic, professional, driven and focused with your sights firmly set on achieving results.What responsibilities and objectives will you have?Building strong partnerships within the different team departmentsSupport the HRBP for Iberia initiating and driving development of culture and engagement across different sites to promote one vision across all areas.Ownership of the sites Portugal working with managers to proactively manage and resolve headcount queries; includes both temp and permanent headcount.To distribute and discuss weekly, monthly and quarterly reports challenging the local managers and working with them to improve results; pinpoint key themes and patterns and put agreed plans in place.Responsible for the implementation of all policy and procedure, ensuring it reflects the commercial needs of the business and is legally compliant at all times.Primary point of contact with temporary employment agencies, monitoring service quality, reporting FTEs, and validating hours in collaboration with managers.Well, what will the requirements be?At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.Degree (HR, Physiology or similar preferred)English is a must and Spanish will be a plusProven generalist HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Able to demonstrate a coaching style approach and create productive working relationshipsA strong sense of commitment, teamwork, and customer satisfactionAbility to multi-task, exercise sound judgement and prioritise conflicting demandsSelf-starter with a strong sense of logic, analytical and organisational skills.
