Adecco Recruitment is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (M/F) to join a company in the transformation sector. Location: Samora Correia. Your responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership to identify and meet strategic HR needs;
Develop and implement organizational and talent development initiatives;
Analyze HR metrics and provide data-based recommendations;
Support change management and promote the desired organizational culture;
Manage employee recruitment, retention and development processes;
Act as a mediator in conflict situations and provide advice on labor issues;
Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation;
Requirements
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in human resources, management or related field;
Minimum of 2 years proven experience as an HR Business Partner;
Preferably experience in industry;
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws and regulations;
Excellent internal and customer communication skills;
Fluent in Portuguese and English;
