Hr Workforce Admin

Responsible for drafting contingent workforce contracts according to the frame agreements defined with the vendor.
Set up data correctly in our HR system (SAP SuccessFactors).Request POs, follow up with pending approvals and wrong/unpaid invoices.Check and approve invoices from the agencies.Administrative interface with Internal Stakeholder (Purchasing, Recruitment, Accounts Payables).Responsible for the Onboarding & Offboarding of the Contingent Workforce and Track work effectiveness on invoicing process.Storage of all required documentation in contractor's file and SAP.Storage of Contingent Workforce evaluation (SQR) documentation in contractor's file and SAP.Organize, control, and generate reports on expenses versus available funds.Pro-actively share local best practices with other members of the team to ensure improvement of local execution.JOB REQUIREMENTS Specific skills / expertise / product: Experience in administrative work.Experience in vendor management will be a plus (not mandatory).Good verbal and written communication skills.Experience with SuccessFactors will be a plus (not mandatory).Be able to have the information organized and easily accessible.Critical analysis to identify and propose improvements.Behaviours & inter-personal skills – Key points Good organizational skills; able to manage priorities.Ability to adapt to changing work environments and work priorities.Pro-active and on top of things will be a plus.Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality performance and positive attitude.Capacity to share complete and accurate information.
