Job Description
As an HR Trainee - Rewards & Benefits, you will support our HR counterparts across Europe with processes related to employee compensation, managing requests, and working in collaboration for process improvements.

In your new role, you will:

Manage HR requests within the scope of Rewards & Benefits for EuropeSupport process improvementsBe involved in harmonization and automation processesCommunicate with HR partners in Europe Your Profile
You have a proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times. You thrive in an international environment and you are always looking for opportunities to develop your skills.

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

A degree in Human Resources, Languages, Business Administration, or a similar fieldGood command of MS Office Tools (e.g. Outlook, Excel)Affinity towards HR Tools - knowledge of SAP would be a plusGood command of English and German (mandatory) Please send us your CV in English so we can get to know you better.
