As a Talent Acquisition Services Trainee - Europe, you will support the leadership team and have an active role within your team to enhance the Talent Acquisition People Services support across our European locations.
In your new role, you will:
Support the leadership team with the organization of general inquiries;
Prepare and streamline information from stakeholders for further processing;
Assist in distributing the daily tasks and manage the functional mailbox of the teams;
Support projects within Talent Attraction Services;
Monitor the backlog and identify action measures;
Prepare monthly numbers and KPIs and present them to the team leads;
Prepare onboarding and offboarding of new colleagues.
You have a proactive personality and good communication skills. You are team-oriented, being willing to actively support and cooperate with your team members and other stakeholders.
You are best equipped for this role if you have:
A degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a similar field;
Proficiency using Microsoft Office (e.g. excel, outlook);
Affinity towards HR tools;
Previous experience in the HR field would be an advantage;
Good communication skills;
Fluency in English;
B1 level of German.
