Your mission, roles and responsibilities In order to support the processes in the Human Resources department, Faurecia Moldados is looking for a trainee to join their team to support the management and improvement of human resources processes and procedures, namely:
Internal and external training; Recruitment and selection; Onboarding; Internal and external communication; Employee empowerment processes. Your profile and competencies to succeed Degree or Master Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar areas; Initiative, a taste for fast learning, good interpersonal skills, critical thinking and organizational skills; Proficiency in English; Good computer skills.
