As an HR Trainee, you will support your team with administrative tasks related to the onboarding of new hires in our Germany locations. You will be responsible for handling contract-related tasks while ensuring the quality and accuracy of data.
In your new role you will: Play a key role in driving our organization forward by ensuring smooth correspondence with internal and external customers while handling important tasks such as printing and sending employment contracts & letters.
Provide support to our People Services teams in handling 1st and 2nd level HR support requests across all European locations.
Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders, such as Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners across all European sites.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on our data management tools.
You are a responsible and accurate team player, with great communication skills. You are a fast learner, who excels in international environments and are always ready for new challenges.
You are best equipped for this task if you have: Academic experience in Humanities or Social Sciences, Business Administration, or have completed vocational training in Office Management.
Experience in customer-facing roles would be a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information effectively to colleagues and stakeholders.
A high level of responsibility and willingness to take on new challenges.
The ability to learn quickly and adapt easily to new situations and tasks.
Thrive in an international team environment.
A good command of English (written and spoken) and at least a basic level of German (mandatory).
