As an HR Trainee - digital platforms, you will support the HR Digital team with our HR platforms management. You will be in the driver's seat of our HR transformation, having a crucial role in the automatization and digitalization of HR processes, and improving the employee experience.
In your new role you will:
Support the global HR transformation project to harmonize, digitalize, and implement end-2-end processes;
Work closely with the Head of our Digital Platforms (MyHR) and assist in daily and operational tasks;
Support improving the employee experience, being part of the improvements, testing, and deployment of projects within the HR platform;
Consult the customer, being in contact with different stakeholders and HR partners worldwide;
Work together with the knowledge management team to improve our knowledge management articles;
Assist in preparing clear communication, and organizing communication materials towards HR and stakeholders for meetings and project deployments.
You are a dynamic and communicative person, who takes the initiative and always strives for success, with high-quality standards.
You have a structured and independent working style and a great team spirit, making you the perfect fit for a dynamic and open-minded team.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Technologies, or a similar field;
An affinity for Technology and technical implementations;
Experience with HR processes, project management, or digital transformation would be a great advantage;
An excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with ServiceNow or a similar platform would be a plus;
A data analytical and process-driven mindset;
Good stakeholder management skills;
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
