.Senior HR Systems Administrator 1. Purpose of the Job As a technology leader, this role manages the operations required for system administration across all HR technical platforms. The position exists to maintain system administration within a governance process, providing HR functions with efficient and effective technology infrastructure including learning, performance management, succession planning, management recruiting, frontline recruiting, compensation, HR service center, and benefits. The role oversees the technical aspects of program development and deployment and ensures alignment with the HR PMO for the technical delivery of HR projects, some of which are enterprise-wide or global initiatives. The position leads a team of System Administrators and Analysts and is responsible for managing vendor relationships and leading vendor meetings. 2. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Oversee the functional operations of the HRIS department, implementing and maintaining HRIS to support HR functions such as Talent, Compensation, HR Administration, Shared Services, Total Rewards, and Payroll. Provide organization-wide infrastructure and customer service for HRIS functions. Manage the technical aspects of up to 15 projects, many of which have a global scope. Set and manage plans across all projects to deliver consistent, effective, and efficient solutions. Collaborate with HR PMO, HR Analytics, HR Change Management, and IS&T to stay aligned and deliver the HRIS vision. Build and maintain functional relationships with key HR peers and stakeholders, including the global team. Influence internal leaders and managers to align on best practices for system use and related business processes. Manage a governance model to ensure process success. Handle vendor management, including contract management against defined SLAs. Currently manage more than 20 technical vendor relationships, ensuring a consistent and well-planned approach to vendor interactions, maintenance timing, contract renewals, and system functionality evolution. Lead a department of 3 exempt technical staff responsible for HRIS administration, project management, and system evolution. 3. Typical Knowledge & Skills Expert-level experience with enterprise HRIS software (SuccessFactors, Workday, Cornerstone on Demand, iCIMS). Experience with HCM system implementation. Highly skilled project manager with full technical project life cycle experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to drive delivery. Excellent people management skills, with success in managing technical teams, preferably remotely. Proven success in vendor management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. 4. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 0-5 years of management experience. 3 years of functional experience. 5
