We're on the lookout for an HR System Analyst/Specialist – SuccessFactors to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal. As part of a global HR Operations transformation in a multicultural company spanning 20+ countries, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow every day while providing exceptional support to HR teams and management worldwide.

This role is located in Portugal, with hybrid work and approximately 10% travel.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of HR Systems and Data and is part of the global Human Resources function.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a subject matter expert for SuccessFactors modules, with an initial focus on Employee Central.

Act as the second-level point of contact for SuccessFactors system needs and resolve issues with local HR Admins and the Service Centre Team.

Provide support for large data modifications and ensure data accuracy across all countries.

Manage global HR reporting requests and develop reports for local and global KPI processes.

Support the implementation of new SuccessFactors features, system updates, and user testing.

Gather HR data from multiple sources, analyze it, and consolidate findings.

Document processes and workflows, and prepare training materials for Admins and Employees.

ABOUT YOU

Our ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree and possesses at least 1 year of administrative experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central. Experience with the Time off feature or integration is advantageous. You should have a keen eye for detail coupled with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel is a must, along with outstanding interpersonal, collaboration, and client service skills. We're looking for self-motivated individuals who are proactive, eager to learn, and demonstrate a strong sense of accountability. Additionally, being comfortable working with cross-border teams in a virtual environment is crucial. Fluency in Business English is essential for effective communication across our global team.
