Hr Resource Planning Senior Analyst

We are recruiting a HR Resource Planning Senior Analyst for a multinational company.- Develop and implement resource planning strategies to meet project objectives and company deadlines; - Assess the allocation of resources to various projects within the organisation by working closely with Project Managers, department heads, and HR to ensure optimal utilisation of resources; - Analyse data trends and project requirements to predict future resource needs. Use data-driven insights to forecast demand for resources; - Support the allocationof resources thoughtfully, ensuring each project can access the necessary personnel. This involves balancing resource distribution to avoid over or underutilisation; - Create detailed schedules that outline when and where resources will be needed. Must anticipate conflicts and prepare contingency plans; - Continuous monitoring of resource usage and adjusts allocations in real time to address project shifts and changes in availability; - Work closely with Project Managers and department heads to understand the nuances of each project, ensuring that resource distribution aligns with project objectives; - Work closely with HR to forecast staffing needs and recruit or train additional resources as required; - Work closely with Finance during monthly closing and budget to provide actuals and forecast; - Prepare reports that track resource status, utilisation, and efficiency, providing stakeholders with transparency and insights into resource management; - Strive for operationalexcellence by identifying opportunities to optimise resource usage.- Master qualifications in Data Analytics, Business Management or similar is desirable, however those with extensive field experience are encouraged to apply; - 3-5 years' proven experience in resource planning or Project Management roles; - Experience in project driven companies with multi-disciplinary and multinational environment; - Advanced IT skills across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; - Experience with PowerBI; - Fluency in English.- Attractive annual gross salary (based on previous experience); - Great opportunity for international exposure; #J-18808-Ljbffr
