Description: Mercer Portugal is seeking candidates for the following position for its Consulting Team, based in the Porto or Lisbon office:HR PROCESSES CONSULTANTWhat can you expect?The Consulting Team consultants work with Mercer's 3 lines of business in a wide range of scope and clients.

;Develop analysis based on client and market data and prepare client presentations/ reports by using excel data and PowerPoint;Prepare and review documents that consolidate information to support definition processes, trends and policies;Interact with clients and contribute to the development of strong business relations;Identify leads and act as a contributor for business development.What you need to have: Degree in Management, HR, organizational psychology or similar;Experience in relevant HR related projects/roles;English language proficiency (C1);Analytical thinking;Empathic Communication;Organized, detail-oriented and rigorous;Team player and capable of multi-tasking;Curiosity and learning agility;Availability for client visits and to go to Lisbon office (if from Porto) once per month (expenses covered by the company).About Mercer
