Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting team at Mercer.
This role will be based in Porto or Lisbon.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.The Consulting Team consultants work with Mercer's 3 lines of business in a wide range of scope and clients.
With a transversal role, this consultant will work alongside our senior consultants in order to support our clients to develop and implement core HR processes and policies for their employees.We will count on you to:Collaborate in projects including mainly Organizational Transformation, Job Evaluation and Description, Job Architecture, Performance Management, Career Paths, Frameworks, Competencies Models, etc.
