A prestigious company is looking to strengthen its team by hiring an HR Partner (m/f/d) for Braga. Your new role Serve as a strategic partner to research groups and administrative units, offering customised HR support while also driving initiatives in people development and career progression; Balance day-to-day HR responsibilities with long-term talent development strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational growth and individual career goals; Operate in core activities as an HRP, but also as a specialist, developing and executing projects in line with HR strategy and organisational goals; Be a key partner in design and implementing on various HR processes, such as, but not limited to, performance appraisal management, career advancement, and training opportunities; Develop and implement HR projects with a strong focus on HR Analytics; Participate in developing and executing strategies to boost employee engagement and well-being. What you need to succeed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2 to 5 years' experience as part of an HR team in a fast-paced and hands-on environment; Strong experience in HR operations and knowledge of HR best practices; Proven track record in designing and implementing employee development programmes; Knowledge of performance management systems and career development tools; Advance user of HRIS and proficiency in MS Office, especially in data analytics tools and software; Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
