Department OverviewAs Human Resources Operations Specialist you will be the first point of contact for answering HR questions and resolving HR-related issues. This is a great role for someone who is looking to gain experience in HR.
Job DescriptionResolving our employees' HR inquiries throughout the whole employee life-cycle: from on-boarding, through workforce administration to exit administration.
Providing assistance for all areas of HR functions including HR Systems, HR Administration, Employment Verification, HR Policies and Procedures, Payroll, Rewards, Performance Management, Talent, Mobility.
Co-working with the EMEA HR team for all-rounded HR queries.
Contributing to HR-related projects.
Responsible for data tracking and analysis using our ticketing system.
Basic RequirementsAt least 2 years of related experience - HR Operations or HR Generalist.
University degree.
Fluent English AND Spanish or Portuguese. Strong interpersonal skills.
Customer service approach.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via verbal and written communication.
Advanced Excel skills.
