Your new companyOur client is a leading manufacturer of environmental chambers and are looking for HR Operations Specialist (m/f/d).Your new roleOperate and actively participate as an integral member of the Human Resources Team, facilitating the best work experience for all employees; Manage end-to-end Human Resources processes such as admission, onboarding, payroll, compensation & benefits and administrative procedures; Play an active role in HR core processes such as recruitment, training & development, performance management, and engagement; Act as the first level of support and provide consistent information to employees (e.G. employee expenses, absences, occupational health); Ensure correct executionof laws and regulations; Monitor holidays, probationary periods, sickness/absence, and time attendance; Consistently keep personal data and HR records and/or tools up to date; Provide support and guidance to managers on standard HR policies and procedures; Optimize the current HR processes and policies.What you'll need to succeedPrior professional experience as an HR Operations Specialist or similar role; Good knowledge of labor law; Experience in administrative tasks and mandatory procedures by law (e.G., Social Security, taxes, etc.); Ability to remain confidential about crucial matters and handle sensitive and personal data; Strong time-management capabilities and meet deadlines dependably; Ability in problem-solving and great attention to detail; Focus on a continuous improvement culture, proactively identifying processes for improvement and driving change by responding to business requirements; Team player with the ability to supervise own work to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with set procedures.What you'll have in returnOur client offers a positive working environment, a hybrid working model, performance-based bonuses and the opportunity to be part of this great team.Next stepIn case you're interested in this opportunity, click 'send application' to send us your updated CV.#J-18808-Ljbffr
