Your Role: Recruitment – responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes for national & international reporting line positions, starting from the support to Hiring Managers to align their needs to create the right job descriptions for market reality. Screen candidates applications, sourcing on LinkedIn.Recruiter, phone screen, interview, feedback, offer preparation & extension.Employee On-boarding/off-boarding– Organize and manage on-boarding: prepare documents, hire the new employee (Workday), be the point of contact between Hiring Manager and new employee in order to assure the best experience during the integration process. Conduct follow-up meetings as well as exit interviews. Analyzes data and identifies patterns & potential improvements.HR policy management partner with HR Manager to review, update, and communicate human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and other government regulations.Collaborate closely with all leadership levels (national and international) to understand business needs, team dynamics, and build together tailored strategies for people and departments.Reporting – report absenteeism, headcount, attrition weekly and monthly, following company guidelines.Employee Relations – Ethic Line Point of Contact in the plant, having the responsibility of investigations as well as disciplinary processes.Union interface – point of contact between union and the company.Compensation & Benefits - assist with annual salary/merit process and performance review process through Workday, keeping managers updated about the timelines, supporting them throughout the process.Data maintenance and integrity of the HR Workday system. Runs reports routinely or as necessary to analyze data for ongoing issues, projects or functions. Assists with implementation or upgrading of new HR system modules as needed, being the point of contact between the international HRIS team and the plant.External relations & Employer Branding – responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with universities, national and local journals, as well as other organizations in the city, hosting students in the plant/office and attending to job fairs.Support HR team in general situations such as administrative tasks, advice for the best practices for different situations of day to day.Support HR Manager & Leadership Team with different projects as needed.Your Background: University degree in Human Resources Management.Minimum 2 years experience as HRBP (HR Business Partner).C1 level of English (written and spoken).Proficient user of Microsoft Office.Workday knowledge preferable.Excellent communication skills, high level of empathy.Why join us?
