Do you put people first and are you ready to make an impact? We are looking for aHR Operations Specialistto join our Shared Service Center (SSC) in Portugal, Lisbon. As an HR Operations Specialistyou play an important part our transformation and the delivery of extraordinary people services to employees working at Unit4 all over the world.
As aHR Operations Specialistyou will report into the People Experience Advisor Team Lead and work closely with regional People Experience Managers, consultants and employees globally. You drive operational excellence, through technology, automation and consistency across all regions.
What you will do Manage the Employee Lifecycle processes (Onboarding, Employment documentation, Contract management, Time and Attendance management, Benefits, Offboarding)Coordinate with the in-country People Experience Consultants and other stakeholders to solve complex requests and queriesProvide assistance and guidance to employees and managers on policies, processes, systems and tools.Employee data and document administration ensuring accurate people data and compliance;Manage competing priorities in order to meet KPIs, SLAs and meet the needs of stakeholders;Deliver great employee experience with high levels of service, accuracy and timeliness.Prepare reports and analytics to pro-actively assist the business in making people data driven decisions;Prepare and update related processes and documentation.Next to your day-to-day activities you will assist the People Experience transformation and are continuously looking to improve the People Experience with everything you do.

You have a Bachelor's degreeYou are a graduate or have up to 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roleYou have a customer-centric mindset with a depth of thinking about positively impacting our people's experienceYou are aware to cultural differences working in an international environmentYou have strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English andGermanYou have good knowledge of MS Office and, preferably, knowledge in an ERP or HCM systemYou have attention to detail and can process high volumes of work at an exceptional standardYou are process and system focused, with a passion for efficiency and simplificationYou take initiative and manage prioritiesAdditional InformationJoin Unit4 and be part of one of the most exciting journeys in the cloud ERP software space.
