Join our team in Lisbon as HR Operations Intern! As an Intern in the Performance and Analytics HR team, you would be involved in various tasks aimed at supporting data-driven decisions and improving employee performance management.
Responsibilities: Data Collection & ManagementGathering HR Data: Collect data related to employee performance, attendance, productivity, and engagement from different systems (HRIS, performance management tools, etc.).Data Entry: Input data accurately into HR databases or analytics software, ensuring completeness and integrity.Database Management: Assist in maintaining HR databases, ensuring the data is up-to-date and organized.Data AnalysisData Cleaning: Prepare raw data for analysis by identifying and correcting inaccuracies or inconsistencies.Trend Analysis: Identify trends or patterns in performance data, such as employee productivity, retention rates, or training effectiveness.Metrics Reporting: Generate reports on key HR performance metrics, such as KPIs, employee turnover, and engagement scores.Benchmarking: Compare internal performance data against industry standards or historical performance metrics.Assist in Creating Dashboards: Help in designing or updating interactive dashboards that visualize performance and analytics data for HR leadership.Monthly/Quarterly Reports: Compile regular reports for management, summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs) like employee productivity, time-to-hire, or training outcomes.Ad-Hoc Reporting: Provide customized reports or analysis for specific queries, such as investigating performance gaps in certain departments.Compliance & DocumentationPolicy Compliance: Ensure that all data collection, storage, and analysis activities comply with HR policies and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of performance management processes, analytics methodologies, and reporting procedures.Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with other departments (e.g., finance, IT, and operations) to gather necessary data and ensure alignment on performance initiatives.Team Support: Provide general support to the performance and analytics team by assisting with project management tasks or research on HR trends and best practices.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in data management or HRInterest or motivation for an international experience in a fast-paced environmentFluent English, both spoken and written mandatory (French as a plus)Good MS Office skills (namely Excel and PowerPoint)Soft Skills: Good communication and presenceAbility to work under pressure and with close deadlinesTime managementOrganization and planningAbility to deliver high quality and client satisfactionHybrid regime (2 days at the office)Friendly and supportive colleaguesCandidates that will move to the interviewing phase will be contacted in about 2 weeks' time.
