The Work You'll Do:
The HR Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the Manager, HR Operations in the administration of various HR operations tasks for their assigned region. This role will also work with the Recruiting and Learning & Development functions to support systems used for onboarding and training employees.
More specifically, you will:

Assist with administering payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing.
Work with local HR team members in relation to employee questions surrounding Payroll and Benefit programs.
Assist with the design and development of employee communication materials related to all service operations for employees – payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
Provide support for compliance-related reporting including various payroll, benefits, and other government-required reporting.
Partner with HR team members to support and champion positive employee relations through effective communication, policies, and practices.
Support the establishment and integration of compensation, payroll, and benefits platforms during mergers and acquisitions.
Collaborate and support the Learning Management System and new hire onboarding.
Assist in the creation and administration of various documents in DocuSign relating to employment offers and internal updates and acknowledgments.
Support the HR Leadership in administering, creating, and implementing the Performance Management System.
Ensure the accuracy of data with ADP WorkforceNow as the global HRIS.
Collaborate with regional HR team members to process leaves of absence administration.

What We Need From You:

Proficient English skills, verbal and written, are preferred.
Some experience in HR administration such as policy interpretation, employee record/file keeping, and regulatory compliance, or similar schooling.
Ability to manage and handle day-to-day details and deadlines.
Data entry and auditing experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills – ability to create employee communications for clarity and present programs to large groups of employees.
Ability to manage multiple priorities (at times conflicting), remain focused under pressure, and work extended hours as required.
