.Job Summary Euronext is currently looking for a HR Officer – Trainee to be part of the HR Department/Team in Portugal. Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner, the selected candidate will support the Local Team in HR initiatives related to training, recruitment, and legal HR topics. As an HR Officer – Trainee, you will be responsible for administrative tasks and contribute to making the company a better place to work. We are looking for a candidate passionate about HR and highly efficient, expecting you to have knowledge of several areas/functions of HR. The HR Officer – Trainee will assist the HR Department, managing Human Resources policies and procedures, maintaining essential reports, and ensuring the smooth function of the Department. We want to find a committed and approachable individual who can provide excellent assistance and support to the Local HR Team divided between Lisbon and Porto. Key Accountabilities As an HR Officer – Trainee, you will: Assist with the production and implementation of the organization's HR policies and procedures; Support the developmentof HR initiatives and systems, namely Procurement and control costs; Be actively involved inrecruitment activities, mostly for Trainee profiles across local needs; Assist with administrative tasks for Trainee Incentive programs; Maintain employee records according to local policy and legal requirements; Develop internal surveys related to HR initiatives; If required, report issues to the senior HR Team. Euronext is looking at the following profile: Bachelor/Master's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline; Background in the HR world; Knowledge of HR Functions (recruitment, training & development, pay & benefits); Good understanding of labour laws; Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Knowledge of HR Systemssuch as Workday and MyProtime is considered a plus; Outstanding organizational/administrative and time-management skills; Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills; Ability to act in a confidential and sensitive manner; Ability to work as partof a team; Ability to work accurately, with a good level of attention to detail; Problem-solving with strong ethical standards and a high level of reliability; High sense of commitment and responsibility; Interest in gaining more knowledge in the Finance and IT worlds; Availability to travel; Fluent in English; French and other European languages are a plus.
